How to Create a website at free of cost?

         In today's generation, every business that we see is running online. To run an online business you need a website or an application. Building a website might seem like a hefty task and a lot of you might think that to own a website you need to spend a lot of money and to build a website you need to learn scripting languages like ( HTML, PHP, CSS) for this reason some of you might hire a web developer. But there are lot of CMS (Content Management system) platform to build a site which makes you as easy as creating a PowerPoint slides.


     lets us know the requirements you need to build a website.

     To build a website two things are more important:

1) Domain: Domain is an URL address used to identify a web page and fetch data from the hosting to your browser.

2) Hosting: Hosting refers to a space allocated to store your files or data on a web server.

    Now you might have got the idea of what is domain and hosting. There are a lot of service providers for registering a domain and hosting like Godaddy, Hostgator, hosting, Bluehost, Namecheap, and to buy a free domain and hosting you can buy it on freenom.com for domain and infinityfree.net for hosting.

   If you are looking to build your own brand out of your website then this method is not suitable for you. It is suitable for students, bloggers with low traffic, and people who are interested in learning web design at free of cost.

   Now let's jump into the first step of building a website.

1) Buying a Domain :

     a) Go to freenom.com and click on sign in to create an account and sign in using your Gmail account.

     b) Then go to services and click on register a new domain.

    c) Enter the name of the domain you need and then click on check availability.


    d) select the free extensions like tk, ml, cf, ga, etc., and then click on get now  And check out from the cart.

   e) now select the number of months using the drop-down menu the domain will be free up to tenure of 12 months and click on continue.


   f) Then check on terms and conditions and complete the order.

 
  g) Then Boom your domain is registered now you can go to the client area.

         Now let's keep the domain part on hold and let's jump into the second part.

2) Buying hosting:

     a) Go to infinityfree.net and click on signup.



     b) Now fill the details on the given form and check the terms and conditions and verify you are human and click create an account.

    c) Now you get a verification link sent to your mail id and click on the link and login to the infinity account.

     d) Now click on create an account.

 
     e) Select Custom domain and enter the domain you bought from freenom and then click on the search domain.

     f) now if you want you can change the label or you can leave it and enter the password and verify you are human and click on create an account.

     g) now you could see a warning of your domain is not yet pointing. You have to change the DNS of your domain.



       f) now go to freenom.com click on services and then on my domains and select manage domains on the domain you bought.

        g) Now go to management tools and click on name servers.

         h) Now click on custom name servers and enter ns1.epizy.com on nameserver 1 and ns2.epizy.com on nameserver 2 and leave the rest of the nameservers blank and then click on change nameservers.

         i) Now you would have received your name on your mail id the site would show it may take 72 hrs but it will take 20-30 min.

          j) Now click on the control panel scroll down to software and then click on Softaculous and click on WordPress.

          k) now let the settings be as on the images and select the WordPress to the updated one.

          l) Now go to site settings enter your site name and description and change the admin username and password and enter your mail-id.

         m) Now select the theme or keep it default and click on install and wait until the setup is finished.

          n) Now to access your WordPress dashboard-type your domain.com/wp-admin and login to the credentials to sign in.
