What is the SAR Value?
         
            SAR Value is defined as the Specific Absorption Rate. It is a measurement of the amount of radiofrequency absorbed by a body. It is measured in W/kg. The SAR value is not only seen on a mobile device. it has been labeled on all the device which emits radio Frequency. The SAR value is differentiated between body and head.

Is It harmful to use a device with a higher SAR Value?
      According to FCC (Federal Communications Commission) devices having a SAR value of more than or equal to 1.6 W/kg are harmful to the human body. That doesn't mean that devices having a SAR value less than 1.6W/kg aren't harmful. It is less harmful than the device having a higher SAR Value.

Why SAR value is so Important?
          Radio Frequencies emitted by some devices are harmful to the human body. The radio frequencies are absorbed by our body which leads to migraine, cancer, etc., you may have noticed that while you are in a call for a longer duration you can feel the heat generated in your ears and some people may have pain in their ears that is because of the radio frequency penetration on your body.

        So be aware while on a call always keep the phone away from your ears try to talk using speakers or use an earphone even using earphones is not good for the ears but something is better than nothing. Don't keep your phones near you while having a nap keep your phones away from you do not keep the phone beneath the pillow or beside you.
